Monday Weigh-In

Good Morning!!  Welcome to another week of this fantastic journey. I'm going to add something to the weigh in in hopes of getting over 100 responses or everyone that is on this board to respond in some way.  If you want to weigh- go ahead and follow.  If you don't weigh in how about giving us one positive thing you did this week to help yourself along this journey.  Here I go: Start- 235 Last Week- 158 This week- 154 Lost 4 lbs. My one Positive thing this week i did for my self on this journey was to start running out side 3 miles 5 out of 7 days.  This is in hopes of running in the get in gear race April 29 10K. OK LET'S HERE IT!!!!!!!!!!! TROY

Still no change in my weight -- but between the stress of busy season and eating fruit up the gazoo, at least it didn't go up!!!  Actually, I may have officially hit my first plateau -- and it's about time.  After 5 months of losing like a wild banchey, I'm glad to see I'm going to slow down. Total weight loss --- 90 pounds This week ----  0 and holding..... XXOO  


Fitness is not about age or a size -- it's really about an attitude and life style!!!

Morning ! 120 this morning! 

My positive thing I did was to help a dear friend get ready for surgery...which in turns helps me go over my good habits and still apply them.

Start Weight - 263
       Current Weight
  135 and making it work for ME !

Good Morning,  Starting Weight: 358 Last week: 272.3 ( I had no loss last week) This week: 268  Total lost: 4.3lbs this wk.   Grand Total of : 90lbs (30 before surgery) One good thing that I did this week was give up my baked Cheeto addiction. I have not had any cheetos in a week!! I have also stopped snacking altogether!!  I wish you all a wonderful week!

Start - 336 Last week - 232 This week - 230 Lost - 2 lbs Positive thing this week is that I took time out for myself and just relaxed for an hour while in Vegas for business

Good morning everyone... Last week   156.5, this week 155.5...loss of 1lb. One thing I did for me....I went to the NB coffee and got to meet some wonderful women from the board.

Good Morning friends....... Start weight...... 299 Today's weight..222 A total loss of 77lbs. One positive thing I did was go through my clothes and put away the stripes.....and to wear things more in fashion.  Gave myself a new look and feelin great..... Hugs Marsha

Preop 261.8 Today 223.8 Loss of 1 pound ( I did A LOT of snacking last week-but then I didn't go up either so that's a good thing) Total 38 pounds One of the positive things about this whole process is all the wonderful, beautiful, friendly, and supportive people I have met through this process!  You're all great and I so happy to be part of the OH MN family!!! Starting weight: 249 (Starting of LD) Today: 240 I  asked my family to clean the house.  I needed to focus on preparing for this wild ride!  It is really hard for me to ask them to clean.  I did it and only felt a tiny bit guilty!     They did it and my house looks great!!!!!     One more important thing for YOU all to know....I could add so much to your list of what you have done for ME this week!   You are all so amazing!!!!!

Great post, teerex!   My highest wt:  281, DOS wt:  275, last wk wt:  181for a 100lb loss!  OH MY!  This week wt:  181, 0 lbs lost last wk!  Don't care about that...still so, so, so happy hitting that 100 mark!!!   I took some time to do some crafts for the thing I did for me.  It helps to lower my stress levels and I feel good about being able to do something creative!  Lots of my overeating had to do with stress eating, so I'm taking back some time for me!  Have a great week to all my OH family!  Jean  Oh, yeah...Happy St. Pat's day!
