9months: Brain is so confused with body
((HUGS)) Connie you look amazing. We lost the cord for the camera to plug into the computer so I dont have any way to upload any pics right now! I may have to go looking for some size 6 pants now too, and holy crap does that mess with my head when I have NEVER been smaller than a size 10 in my entire life! Awsome job that you have done, you are such a poster child for what someone is supposed to do after WLS. You are an amazing role model for all of our newbies as well as us old timers. Keep it up!

Good morning, Nicole!
I'm sorry that I don't have any words of real encouragement for you regarding droopy skin. I'm in same boat as you--except for size...**sigh** I think I might be a size 8 or smaller if I were cremated!
As far as bras go--I HAVE to get ones with the high sides or I have that side flubber oozing over. And then I have to roll up the breast to fit into the cup....! Yup--it's easy to find the parts of us we don't like as we get smaller and flabbier, but I think we have to keep in mind that we really ARE healthier without that skin being filled with FAT! (And I know that's hard to do!) Ah---to have a magic wand we could wave over our bodies and make perfect those flaws we see so glaringly!!
Anyway, Sweetie---I love you and think you're one terrific woman! Vent all you want---you speak for many who ARE there, HAVE BEEN there, or someday WILL be there. I'm afraid it's all part of the journey...
(((HUG))) and
**SUE**

Thanks so much Sue. I love hearing from you , your advice is always right on. I am so much healthier, so I think I just need to get mirrors from the neck up, wear decent fitting clothes, and never undress in the light. Then I feel great. Yesterday it was so dang cold I actually ran to the car, not even thinking that 9 months ago I couldn't have even walked quickly. My daughter was smiling when I got in the car and said, "mom, you just ran really good, good job". That little comment from a 9 year old brought it all into perspective.

Oh Nicole~
Your post brought tears to my eyes! Aren't kids the greatest?! Sometimes they make you wish you were a virgin again, and other times you wonder how life existed without them!
And thanks for your kind words about my advice.
Wish my kids would see it that way, sometimes.....The day will come (when they're MY age) when they'll realize I'm NOT as dumb as they think I am!
Have a terrific weekend, Sweetie!
