46... I am SO pumped
Per weather.com, the high today is supposed to be 46. I AM SO EXCITED!!!!
I am going to be outside soaking up those sweet, sweet rays. Vitamin D here I come. I told DH I'm tempted to put my bathing suit on and lay out on the warm, black driveway. (Hmmm, what would the neighbors think of that).
I am very desperate for summer to get here.
Have a great day everyone and find some time to enjoy the sun.

Yeah, I can jog and I can wear a swim suit but for me the two do not mix. (my thighs are sore today and I have to run again tonight to stay on program - hmmm still have some of the percocet left... now wouldn't that be a sight)
The other day I was in my bedroom looking at my excess skin and flab (not nekid but in my unders), which I lovingly refer to as my "oogly joogly", I thought "my gosh what would I look like running nekid". So I run in place in front of a mirror and almost died laughing. It was quite a sight. Thank goodnes the only one that sees me nekid thought I was beautiful at 300 pounds.
BTW - spanx and body foundation do wonders for those pesky oogly, jooglies. HIGHLY recommend them. Target has a cheaper brand of spanx.
ARGHHHH....lucky you!! We've got GRAY SKIES.
The temperature finally is AT freezing and is supposed to go higher---and we got 2" snow! By this afternoon the temp is SUPPOSED to be 39*F--with precipitation. Can't win for losing...
My son who lives in in Ottawa, in southern Ontario---way above Detroit--said they got 50 cm of snow last weekend. I think that's about 4.5 feet! Said he couldn't see his car. I'm praying that the weather totally cooperates next week, as he and his wife and infant son are driving home. AND I GOTTA SEE THIS NEW LITTLE GRANDBABY!!
Hopefully this will take care of drought this summer.
Enjoy your sun. Wish I could!

Oh, Canada. My home and native land... Not actually my native land but I like your National Anthem.
I am originally from the Duluth area and my family still lives there. When I talk to sis in the spring she doesn't even want to hear what our temps are. The evil younger sister that I am, I find a way to say it in the conversation.
Yup--the Canadian National Anthem is pretty neat. One of my sisters ALWAYS asked my kids to sing it for her--especially the French part--and she ALWAYS got teary. Can't figure that out--my kids could sing on key and did such a great job.
(And actually, it's not MY native land either, as I am a born-and-bread Yankee--from Wausau, WI.)
I love Duluth! For us here in Thunder Bay, going to Duluth is LITERALLY going to another country! And only 4 hours from home...
