dumb question

Hey darlin I just talked to my daycare mom and she said there is a polish that is called OPI and it will strengthen your nails I am gonna have her pick me up a bottle.  She said it was spendy wasn't sure how much right off hand but she would let me know.  I am gonna start it right away when I get it and will let you know how it goes.   Hugs Marsha

Hi Marsha~ Without admitting total stupidity, what is 'spendy'?         Is this a Minnesota-based word? I wish I knew someone who could 'read' nails.  It'd be kinda like reading head bumps. I know certain conditions of the nails refer to certain health problems--but my nails defy any normal bumps, cracks and creases.  I'll be interested in learning if OPI helps you any. Sue, Go to www.mayoclinic.com and type in fingernails and they have all kinds of information on nail damage. I just checked it out yesterday as my DIL was having some problems with hers. Hope it helps.

Hmmmm...according to the Mayo Clinic, I am suffering from either peripheral heart disease or malnutrition.   I guess I should be talking to my GP, as I would suspect NEITHER condition---I feel pretty good physically.  Maybe it's time for another blood test.
