I know we have different docs - but my guidelines are keep it under 1000 calories and get at least 70-80 grams of protein.
I am on 2 days in and I havent really gone down much yet either. We have 2 weeks of this nonsense yet- so it will come off.

PS - 3 pounds WHOO HOO! 3 pounds that won't find their way back. 3 pounds you left in the woods with out breadcrumbs to follow you out. 3 pounds that you left on the side of the road and drove off real fast. Congrats!
