Home from Iowa...
Hello everyone...I just want to apologize for not posting the last 4 days....I usually do when I am in Iowa but just didn't get to it this time.
I had a wonderful time with Grace and Nic!!
Grace is 15 months old and so much fun....she loves to be read to...we did it for hours! What a sweetie.
Nic shared a lot of his thoughts and feelings with me...that was so awesome. He isn't nervous about New York this trip because it is mostly things he has had before. But, he is really scared about what comes next. Bless his heart!!
One evening I was in the rocking chair and he asked if he could sit with me. He climbed in and sat on my lap. We just rocked and cudddled without saying a word. What a memory that is!!
We are so bonded...it is just hard to explain to anyone else.
I stopped at my other daughter's house in St. Paul on my way back to St. Cloud. I spent the afternoon and evening with my daughter and three grands. Kyleigh is doing so much better. It is good to see her smiling again! I took them all out to dinner and we had so much fun. Amanda and Lucas are doing great too!! What awesome grandchildren I have!!
There are so many posts for me to catch up on. I just can't answer them all. I have kept you all in my prayers and close to my heart. Please understand if I don't answer each one.

Aw, Connie - if you were about 40 years older, I'd wanna adopt you as my Granny! You're so awesome!
I am so glad you had the precious time that you did with all your grandkids.
Often, I watch or listen to my kids and am so in awe of how much they teach us. Sounds like you had some of that this weekend, too. The best moments IMO!

I am so happy also to hear that Kyleigh is doing better. It is such a tough age to begin with then to have all the other stuff she is having to deal with, it is so hard!! I will keep her in my prayers as well!
And you my dear, we need to get together and do some new pictures!!! I am sure I will not recongnize you and many people on Saturday want to see a new picture of you my incredible shrinking friend!!!

Hello my dear friend Carol!!
It was wonderful being with the kids this last 5 days. I love each and everyone of them with all my heart!!
Nic and I have always really bonded....even though we are miles apart....it never changes. I am so blessed!!
Nic leaves for New York this weekend. That is why I went down to visit with him before he leaves.
I saw the pics of the MG coffee from Saturday!! Yougot some great shots.....such awesome people!!
Yes we really need to get together soon.....my pic is outdated and so is yours (Avatar). Maybe toward the end of ther week. I am struggling now as I always do after spending time with Nic. I hated leaving him.
