"Do unto others as you'd have done to you"~ The Golden Rule to Live by!
You are what you EAT and WHO you hang out with! Choices=Outcome~ what's YOUR choice??
I'm not perfect but I am going to die trying!!!
<---scrambles to notes to find something... Okay, this comes from Lana the WLS psych and coach and I'm just throwing this out there because it may or may not relate but she has seen MANY patients B&A WLS, so just keep that in mind, 'k? *If you're on depression meds, they typically need to be changed or altered every 2 - 5 years due to resistance build-up *If after surgery, you're feeling despair or similar, your meds may need to be increased or if you're not on any, you may need to start to get you over the bluesy period *If you are in menses (pre, TOM, and post) and you are on an anti-depression med, call your PCP and ask to go up 10 mg or more during menses (start 8 - 10 days before TOM arrives). Laurie, sorry I'm late responding, but my hugs and positive vibes are coming your way!!! Be gentle on yourself and you'll soon find your way back to happier days.
