Hello everyone, sorry I have not been on in a while. Well I am in Georgia right now visiting friends and family. The weather down here is warming up now but it was real cold when I was at the Atlanta speedway this past saturday.Well here is my numbers. Starting weight 350 lbs Preop weight  305 lbs Current weight 275 lbs Total loss   75 lbs Take care all love you Richard

Last week - 160.8

This week - 155.8

Down 5 pounds

Start weight - 336 Last week - 236 this morning - 231 lost last week - 5 lbs total lost - 105

You Rock!   We both lost the same amount last week and we've lost the same amount over all.  I just noticed that.

Hi Troy...I just got back from Iowa late last night but I am still going to post my weight even if it is Tuesday!! You look really good....great job so far! Begining  242.2 Monday  137.8 Total loss  104.4   Love WLS!!!
