.....or has been the toughest part of WLS for you?(maybe a few things) .....or has been the easiest part of WLS for you?(maybe something that you thought would be the hardest) For me: 1) FOAMIES, remembering to do EVERYTHING (vits/cal/water/protein) Some days I am great at one and not at the other and some days I am just good at all and THEN headhunger and now maintaining my WL! 2) losing the wieght!  Being satisfied (not stuffing myself) WHAT'S YOURS?????? Have great and Blessed weekend!!!  Hugs, Prayers, and LOVE!

WAITING!!! LOL  Since I'm pre-op my answers "MIGHT" change when I'm post-op :)

.....or has been the easiest part of WLS for you?(maybe something that you thought would be the hardest)

I was most concerned with the psych eval (after approval of course) but it was actually not that big a deal so ...I'll go with that - again with the disclaimer that answers subject to change when I'm post-op LOL

SWEET new pic, Sandie!!!  Love the curlies!!! Hardest part for me?  Exercise.  I'm active, but still don't have an exercise routine.  I'm looking forward to biking, but need a gym type routine to help kill the muffin top from HELL! Easiest?  I'm NEVER HUNGRY!  That makes it easy to not eat mindlessly!  Still get the urge to grab whatever evil treats may be lurking around the house for everyone else, and I do allow myself some once in a while, but it sure makes it obvious how much CRAP I just shoveled in before!

You always have such great questions Sandie! My biggest struggle with WLS has definitely got to be my love of carbs and eating too many sweets.  I still struggle with those old habits!  It's definitely a lot easier to eat the bad stuff that I thought it would be!

Good question! .....or has been the toughest part of WLS for you?(maybe a few things) 1) head hunger especially now that I'm sick.  2) the waiting for surgery that I thought would never get here! 3) getting the water in .....or has been the easiest part of WLS for you? 1) eating just a bit!  I thought I would be hungry (in general) but I"m not! 2) recovery was a snap!  no pain, no problems! Doc Lenz is great! 3) shopping for new clothes  :)
