One Year Ago......

Jean, Congratulations on your one-year surgiversary!!  What an amazing accomplishment you have made in just one year!!  Can't wait to see a new pic to compare to you before pic - you've made a fabulous transformation. Do yourself a favor on this special day - sit down and write down all the things that you can do today that you weren't able to do a year ago and then write yourself a thank you note for giving yourself for the best gift ever. It will be a great way to celebrate this special day and you'll be able to pull that note out on the days when you think you're not as far as you want to be. Keep up the great work girl!

What a great idea Tracy, I hadn't thought of that.  I will do that.  I do sometimes suffer from the "I haven't lost enough weight yet" thinking.  I know I have lost basically another person but I know I want to lose about 40 lbs more.  I know I have time.  I have nothing to be ashamed of but at times I wish I had done more.  I still need to work on getting more exercise and I have to watch what I eat sometimes.  I don't dump or anything so I can still eat anything I want to,  I have to watch that and be careful. You have done great too Tracy!  And to have a budding new relationship!  I'm alittle jealous.LOL  Good for you!  I hope t all works out.  Thanks again for the comments and I will take some time to write somethings down.
