Where do I find directions for a ticker?

I have gone to ticker.com, but I don't know how to get it on my profile. I have searched a few different times and can't figure it out. Can someone help this poor old 40 year old. I probably could have figured it out when I was in my 30's. My brain went to mush when I turned 40! Dang!
