Welcome Juliana!! I am here in Duluth as well. Wow we are starting to get quite a few from here now. It's so nice to see. I had first plan as secondary insurance when I had my RNY. It was over 3 yrs ago but I had no issues what so ever with them approving me. I sure hope it goes just as easy for you. I do know someone from here in Duluth that is just about ready to have hers done and has First Plan as well. I'm not sure if she's gotten the approval yet or not. Are you having the lap band or RNY? I'm assuming with Dr Medlin? We were talking about getting another coffee meeting right after Easter I believe. We've met at Carribou by Cub Foods before but I am sure we could change that up too if anyone wanted to go somewhere else. I also like Dunn Bros on London Rd......I hate coffee and they have a very yummy steamer with sugar free almond flavoring. Welcome to the board you will find lots of support here. Hope to meet you some day!!

hi everyone.. thanks for the warm welcome :) i was on the phone with first plan today just making sure i have all of my ducks in a row so now i am hoping for the best. i will watch out for the next coffee meet up and i will do my best to attend. thanks once again the welcome and i hope you all are having a great thursday!
