Hello Kathi.....good to see you again! Wow ...103 pounds is great!! You must be felling wonderful. You are just at a plateau right now. Like the others have said...focus on protein. You will be losing more...just wait and see!!! Hugs, connie d

Have you taken your measurements?  There will be periods of no weight loss but switch to inch loss.  And have you gotten so busy you aren't exercising?  That can stop the weight loss and start the muscle loss faster than lightning.  Like Linda suggested, track your food for a week and MAKE YOURSELF exercise for at least 20 minutes 3 times during the week and see what happens.   Being busy is part of life and you have to learn to balance it all with your health at the top of the list....I work at a CPA office and we are in our busy season right now.  But my eating schedule and exercise to keep my weight down so they can see my energic butt working for them for years to come is the most important thing for them too.   Okay -- enough said -- got to get on the eliptical before I get ready for work.  And good for you finding a job you feel guilty about loving -- we all hope to find this in our lives and you have!!!!  YEAH!!!! I just wanted to say sorry for my eariler post I was not trying to bring you down I just wanted to say that I understand where you are coming from. I think that you are doing great 103 pounds is great and congrats on your new job I am sure that once things settle down a little you will be able to see that the scale is realy moving again Nicki
