Balancing Life
Have you taken your measurements? There will be periods of no weight loss but switch to inch loss. And have you gotten so busy you aren't exercising? That can stop the weight loss and start the muscle loss faster than lightning. Like Linda suggested, track your food for a week and MAKE YOURSELF exercise for at least 20 minutes 3 times during the week and see what happens. Being busy is part of life and you have to learn to balance it all with your health at the top of the list....I work at a CPA office and we are in our busy season right now. But my eating schedule and exercise to keep my weight down so they can see my energic butt working for them for years to come is the most important thing for them too. Okay -- enough said -- got to get on the eliptical before I get ready for work. And good for you finding a job you feel guilty about loving -- we all hope to find this in our lives and you have!!!!
