So I am now finding that I don't have a minute to even pause and breath!  Life is so fast and I am so overwhelmed!  I love my new job but feel guilt for being so excited about it.  I am not able to post and go to coffee groups as much as I would like to and should.  I am starting to feel like I have topped out on my wl.  103 isn't bad but it is 60 shy of where I really want to be!! Just needed to vent!  Love you all tons

I'm sure your weight loss will go in waves.  You may stay the same for awhile, but it should start to come off again.  Maybe shake things up a little.  Try some different foods, do a different work-out routine...etc.  Hang in there.  It is a long process, and you are already doing so great!!

1st goal-  Get back to my pre-pregnancy weight!

Hey Dear!    First off, I highly doubt you are done!  Your body is probably taking "a breath" to catch up and then kick it in high again!  As far as the busy life, YEP!  We all understand!  Just don't get too busy where you don't have "you time" and can unwind to recharge!  Put you first......hang in there!  HUGS!

Incrediable!!! 103 lbs lost forever! What you should do is slow down for 30 min for you!  Take some time to evaluate where you want to be in the next 2 months.  Set song short range goals and push to reach them!  You can do it, it's not over yet.  This winter has been kinda tough on all of us.  Remember spring will be here soon and you can really blossem into that flower that you are.
