that my second son wrote. I'm house cleaning and sorting papers, and found this. This son (Neil) was in high school, so I imagine that he was playing with the mind of the letter recipient. Acme Products Co Inc. 4347 Clary Blvd. Kansas City. MO. 64130 Dear Acme Products Co. Inc, Ever since my youth, I have grown up with the utmost respect for Acme Products. I am an avid cartoon watcher, and I know I can always count on seeing your brand name on quality products. Your company always seems to make the greatest products, such as: Rocket roller skates, giant electromagnets, springs, instant Martian henchmen, pain, and glue. I always try to purchase Acme products wherever I can, even though they are fairly rare. It is my sincere desire to promote your name, and to that end, am hoping that you would send me an Acme sew-on badge to proudly display on my jacket. Please continue to make top notch products. I'm sorry but all we make are trailer hitches, trailer balls, and accessories for towing things like boats and campers---nothing glamourous like rocket roller skates or giant electromagnets. The strange thing is that there is an Acme tools on 494 off of rockford road in Plymouth. They even have a website acmetools.com. I drivin past it aleast a hundred times. You just got to love kids. Good story!

I wonder what the response would be if a copy of the letter was sent to this place you're mentioning? Maybe they'd send him a jacket badge, or maybe samples? (We like tools!) I'll mention this to the son remaining at home... But yeah--my son is a funny guy!
