Protein = right now it is sausage/cheese "meatballs" that I've been making. They are just awesome. Though I have to tell you my fave protein powder is Champion Nutrition's Banana Scream! mmmmm Exercise = Nintendo Wii bowling, arcade games or Dance Dance Revolution. Seriously, my heart rate goes up and I know I got a work out. I try to do this at 10 or 20 minute intervals now - something is better than nothing, right? New Goal = logging my food and emotions for the next 30 days. My psych recommended it and it's going to be some really valuable information by the time the 30 days is up so I'm excited about this short-term goal. Advice = As a pre-op, I'm talking to the pre-ops...do your research on every available resource for weight loss. Make the decision that feels right to you. And most importantly, realize now that you suffer from a life-threatening disease called Morbid Obesity.

Again -- great thinking questions!!! Favorite protein -- right now it is turkey ham.  After baking for an hour, I cut into cubes and keep in the frig and when I get a head hunger attack it's a fantastic treat too..... Favorite exercise -- been doing the eliptical 4 times a week but I have a couple of friends who belong to Lifetime Fitness so I've been going with them once a week to a core strengthening class and I love it!!! New goal -- keeping up the good fight because the honeymoon period is ending and the head is trying to tell me that I'm hungry when I'm not.  And remind myself to buy more milk!!!   Best Advice -- We are all different and we will all have our own journey.  Don't compare yourself to others but instead stay on your road.  Sharing your journey with others will help everyone, including you, so get out there to the groups, coffee gatherings and group functions cause being with people who can share their journeys is the best mental boost you can get.

Fitness is not about age or a size -- it's really about an attitude and life style!!!
Life is not measured by the number of breathes we take, but by the moments that take our breathe away~~
