OT - Tina's newest romance

Well, Lamar met my Dad & Step-mom this weekend.  They just love him!   My dog thinks he's the tops and my cat - who hates everyone - let him pet and pick her up...unbelievable! Tommy (my son) met him as well...he thinks he's cool, mainly because he has tattoos....teenagers! The dog ate the mask off his cpap machine....drama.  Luckily my dad has one as well and had a new spare.  Crisis overted! Next weekend he's gonna go with us up to Elk River to my nieces b-day party and there he'll meet my sister and mom. We are so happy!  He showed up with my favorite flowers on Friday night!  I love daisy's....so a huge and I mean HUGE, bouquet of multi colored daisy's!  We made dinner together friday night, shopped on saturday and then he went back to work sunday.  We just did couple stuff all weekend!  I never had this with Rob or even my ex....a normal relationship.  It is a little hard for me, but its so nice!  I'm so used to having to wait on the guy hand and foot and the very first night he's getting up and putting the dog out for me during the movie so I wouldn't miss anything! Thanks!  And he does treat me with so much respect.  It sure is nice that we were such close friends first.  Once we got over that initial "first date" its been all gravy! We have the next two weekends totally planned already!  Its so cool!

Hey Tina, I was passing through & saw your post....had to reply!  Just want you to know I'm really happy for ya.  I remember the crap you had to go through....worth it, I'm sure, if it took that to get to where you are now, huh?  Congrats!
