How long do I wait????
I have MEDICA, and my whole process took 9 months. I hated that wait and the process, but when all was said and done, that wait time was worth it.
During the wait time, you have an opportunity to keep learning about the changes you are going to be going through and what changes you will need to make to be successful. If gives you an opportunity to become very informed about this journey and to ask lot's of questions and see what is working or not working for people as each persons journey is totally different and unique for them.
