How long do I wait????

OK. I have completed my package with all my information and have been going to the sessions. It has been over a week since I have mailed my information. I called to ask what was the next step. I was told I had to wait until someone contact me. How long did anyone have to wait to find out what to do next or a call to step appts. I getting kind of anxious. Should I just slow down and be patient???

From the day I mailed my packet into PNC I think it was 2 to 2 1/2 weeks before the nurse called me to set up the next appointment. It takes time to process everything.

They get back to you within 3 weeks is what I was told at the informational meeting. And on the last day of the 3rd week, I got my phone call. From info meeting to surgery was about 5 months. Hope this info helps.....I have PNC Healthpartners too.

I work at pnc so I hand delivered it and then wated two day 's and called to make sure they got it and that I gave them everything they needed and they said they did and scheduled the next setp I had a bad habit of calling after every step I just wanted to make sure I was doing everthing that needed to be done.
