Good news......
He was overjoyed with everything!! All my counts are really good and exactly where they need to be except my iron levels. That was a little low. This isn't uncommon for me...I have this happen now and then. He is having me take a iron tablet to help bring it up. I will see him again in 6 months unless I have a problem. He was so happy and all smiles...couldn't say enogh good things about my weight loss journey. He said he can tell I am eating and drinking all the right things because it shows in my weight loss and my stats. He kept telling me how proud he was of me. He had this cheesy grin on his face the whole time.
He doesn't want me to lose much more weight...I knew he would say that. I am at his goal now. I told him I still want to lose 8-10 pounds.....he said absolutely no more then that. He wants me to try and increase my amounts of food at meals ...I eat about 2/3 cup..he wants me at 3/4 and 1 cup by one year out.
I am so happy!! My size 8 jeans can be pulled down without unbuttoning and unzipping them now.....I am now in size 6...that was my goal!!
Had to brag....sorry!! Remember your protein, water, vitamins and calcium...it really does work!!

.....you should be proud!! You have done excellant, followed the rules, work hard, made sure you got you vits, calcium, protein, water and JUST LOOK AT THE RESULTS!!!! CONGRATS!!!!!
