Thanks for the kind words and encouragement. I am doing ok...I felt I was doing super so I decided to start painting my son's room today...HUGE mistake!!  I really over did it and boy do I hurt...guess there was to much stretching and bending.  I am to active of a person, and so hard for me to relax knowing things could be getting done...know what i mean. Lesson learned...I will be taking it easy except for my walks. Talk to you all soon ~Jodi~
