Okay now guys....it's been almost a year...actually it was 10 months on 2/20/08. By now I have pretty muched learned what works for me, and what doesnt. Not saying that I dont have more to learn. But every day I eat 1/2 banana and 1/2 container of yogurt for breakfast. It is what works for me. Or has worked. Today I totally dumped after eating breakfast. I guess this process just keeps us on our toes. Does this happen to you guys, too? And does this mean I can't eat yogurt and banana for breakfast anymore?

You know Amy, I'm not really sure. I've noticed through out my journey, that sometimes, something agrees with me, and then....it doesn't. Can't quite figure out why. I'll switch up my diet for variety, and then eventually, give the "offending food" another try...in smaller quantity...and it's friendly again.
Maybe the banana was a bit over ripe and had a higher sugar content, or what you ate last night, plus the breakfast sort of tipped you over the edge...it's just hard to say sometimes. But you're right...the tool and process does keep us on our toes!!
