That was my plan...  to get a seperate with the top taht covers your belly.  I may have lost weight but I'm not in good enough shape for a slinky bikini yet

I just bought the suit last night.  I did get a tankini for the top and a skirted bottom.  I'll bring them to Burnsville coffee so you can see it.

That is the funnest thing!!! I had to buy one the end of december, and imagine my surprise in target when the one in the regular section fit me great, and the one in the plus section looked horrid. I did get a two piece (unheard of for me!!!) that covered my middle. The biggest wow moment I got out of it was my teenage son saying I didn't look to bad in it..... I about fell over.!!!!!

I am not short... I am fun sized!!

I have to say that I am jelous!!  I have been searching for a suit and it has been a very frustrating expereince.  I have had no luck and I HAVE to find one becuase I am going on a crusise in 8 weeks!  I have finnally caved and I am ordering from landsend.  My prob is I have lost 142 pounds in 8.5 mo with 8 pounds to goal.  But because I carried 80% of my weight in my middle and chest I have TONS of skin which covering has been so hard with suits.  Plus since I was a 44G and now I am a low hanging DD finding something that fits there and in th tummy and actually lifts has been impossible.  I even hit up MOA and spent an entire day searching and yet....no.  I am so glad you all have had fun swim suit shopping wish me luck with the landsend! Thanks Kim

How fun!!!  Have a great time, Suzie!!  But be sure you're back in time for the Lodge!! I was just trying on a couple of suits this morning - we're thinking we're gonna head out to the Kalahari for a few nights over Spring Break.  I had bought a suit at Lane Bryant on clearance last fall - a swimdress - and it looks ..... WOW!  I mean - from the side?  WOW!    Now if only bloomers would come back to cover up the nasty thighs....

  Imperfect does not = unsuccessful

I will be back in time for the lodge.  It's like I get 2 vacations in a row. Phoenix one weekend and the lodge the next.
