Barb J Update

I spoke with Barb just a bit ago, she was having quite a bit of pain and waiting for the nurse to bring meds.

Other than the pain at the moment she is feeling okay. 

I will keep you all in the loop as I get information.  I will ask that if you were planning on visiting, please please call first and see how she is feeling.  She needs her rest to heal. She thanks everyone for the love, hugs and prayers! Enjoy your day!

Thanks, Ali!   I think it might be a good idea to warn people about Barb on narcotics.  She would be the first to tell anyone - her evil twin takes over, and she will not be held responsible for whatever comes out her mouth!  (hehehe...) I will give her room to heal until she's ready.  And prayers, and love, and lucky chicken dances, too.  Whatever it takes to get her back to 110%!!! If you happen to stumble online, Barb, I LOVE YOU!

Darla, I don't think she takes responsibility what comes out of her mouth without drugs. I love that lady. Thanks for the update, Ali. Long time - no see.

This is Laurie again...... Well we just walked by Barbs room and she was sitting up eating some soup, she is in quite a bit of pain. They were able to get all the mesh out and close part of the incision. She said they are looking at a few more days till she can go home... But she looks good, no worse for wear, just very tired and sore. So please if you want to visit her give her a call and make sure shes up for visitors. Heck if you stop up poke your head into room 29 and say hi,, ill have Nemi for the nite up here with me,, she gonna keep me and the nurses on our toes,, lol...

Just did a quick lap around 7th floor with Barb. She is still in alot of pain but got more meds just now. She is lookin good and sounds great!!! Karen

Please tell Barb I am thinking of her.
