......motivation, drive, accountablity, (whatever the word you want to use) that keeps you pushing on even when you don't want to? (for ex: when you don't want to eat right, exercise, ect) Ya know that one thing that snaps ya back on track, back in the game!   Come on peeps! Let's share .....might help someone else! My biggest drive to get surgery is still my biggest drive to keep me on track: My family, especially my girls.  To be healthy, to show them healthy. (and by chance if that doesn't work the thought of "all that I have gone thru to get here WHY o WHY Sandie would you just throw that all away") Love and Hugs!

I love your questions Sandie! For me it's become a passion, something to be embraced instead of dealt with. I'm loving how I'm looking (clothed :0)  anyway!) I love that I can shop in any store anywhere in the "normal" part where all the super cute things are at. I love how I feel when i work out, and eat right, and better yet I love how crappy I feel when I don't. And the biggest reason is that I want my children to be able to look to me and see that with hard work and strong dedication anything can be accomplished. I'm always telling them you can succeed at whatever you set your mind to. It would be terrible if I couldn't follow that advise for myself.

What keeps me going is how great I feel.. I haven't felt this good in years... To have the energy to run with my kids is great and to see the smile on there faces keeps me going..I don't wanna throw it all away I have come so far in such a short time and this is so rewarding!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Hugs to all   Marsha

My motivation or drive to stay on track is to remember those words six months ago when my DW told me I was and never will be committed to a life style change. P.S Today I weighed my self and I am the same weight as she is!!!!!!!!!!!! T-REX

Being just normal in a room of people... not standing out. What keeps me motivated is never wanting to lose how good being thin is.  To never carry around an extra 14o pounds again.  To never sweat like I used to and walk around with my eyes down.

To never apologize again for how I looked. My accountablility is never missing one day of tracking on Fitday and never ever going over 125. To be a good example to my girls and to part of their lives for as long as I can. Hugs
