The first week of the liquid diet is over with! Thanks to everyone for the advice on getting through those first few days. It has gotten much easier!

Hi, Kristi! Congrats on getting your 1st week of LD over!

You are going to feel soooooooo much more in control of your food intake when you finish this! It's amazing what we can do when we set our minds to something! It may be hard but sooooo worth it in the end! Take care, Jean
