Cooking ?
I cooked up a pork tenderloin last night and used a meat thermometer to let me know once it reached 160 degrees. It's a little pink on the inside, is that ok? Everything I have read says 155-160 degrees. I just want to make sure the pink is ok and normal.

Alayna....like I said Saturday pork has never made me sick but I just don't feel right after I eat it. You suggested the tenderloin.
I am going to try it one more time...and yes thanks to you I will know it is supposed to be pink inside.
I will let you know how it goes after I try it.
