This recipe has been shared on the DS board for as long as I can remeber and I'm not sure I've seen it here - sorry in advance if it has been.

1 container ricotta cheese 1 sm. box Cheesecake flavor SF instant pudding Sour cream to taste (I used Fage yogurt in lieu of sour cream for added protein) Anyhow, it tasted just like cheesecake (minus the crust and topping) - texture and all! Even my 6-yr. old loved it and asked for a second scoop! Very tasty.

OOOOO, does that sound yummmmmmy!  Thanks for sharing  Ya know they now make pie filling with splenda (I seen it in cherry) which would be AWESOME toppin' to the Fluff!!!!!

It does sound yummy..DG I am assuming it was fat free yougurt ( sorry but the first part was **** out). Please let me know if I am wrong or if it was sugar free. Then do you just mix it all together?

If you're getting asterisks, you may need to allow adult content (can't figure out what it would have censored though...). Anyhooooo... The Fage Yogurt comes in three different kinds and I use the 2% one. It is like sour cream in flavor, but way better protein source. If you're using regular 'ol sour cream, I'm sure they have a FF one. And yes, just mix it all together. It reminded me of paste, but it tastes just like cheesecake filling!

I was looking for something to do with my ricotta I just bought. I will have to go get some cheesecake pudding. So you just mix the powder with the ricotta and add a little sour cream. That does sound really good, especially with some SF cherry topping :)

Connie, I'm not sure, but it's kind of rich so you're right - it will last you awhile. Let me check with Val on the DS board and I'll get back to you!
