spouses/family after surgery
I'm kinda hopin' I feel that swell! :O) Hey...wasn't there someone a couple months ago *****ally did walk to the hospital to get surgry? Who was that? I remember somone told them they will probably want to drive home after surgery!

Hey Lisa I would think that if you get on of the hospital on Thursday that he should be home with you Thursday & Friday. I had my surgery on a Friday and James took Friday and Monday off. I did just fine with out him.

I had lap RNY last Thursday and came home Saturday afternoon. My daughter sorted the laundry for me but then I did about 4-5 loads. I really had no pain, just tenderness. I got everything for myself and was totally self sufficient. I didn't want this to affect anyone else. I don't feel like mopping floors or cleaning toilets ~ I am glad I did that all before hand. I'm not hungry, getting my water, sf jello, & broth in, going to try to walk on the treadmill just a little today.
Like they say....sip..sip..sip..walk..walk..walk
