I NEED  SUN!  I looked up the sunniest places in the US this morning and think I might move to one of them when DS is done with High School. I love Minnesota in the Spring, Summer and Fall, but January and February........

Hi Debra....I am with you 100% !!!! I feel the same way. I keep saying I want to move but really don't want to live any further away from my daughters and grandchildren. One is in So. St. Paul and one is in Iowa. Guess I will just have to tolerate the cold!! I hate every minute of it....I haven't warmed up since September!! I can only dream..... Hugs, connie d

LMAO! I'm with ya. How sad was it that on Saturday as sunny as it was out, it almost made us more tired (at least in our house anyhow). I was so excited to see the sun and just felt drained after the happiness wore off. Weird how that happens. So, yes, I'm with ya! DH & I toss this around every winter I swear, but family keeps us here every time. LOL Hawaii or Bora Bora - ooh la la

Hey-- at least you guys get spring 3 weeks ahead of us!  We get 1 week of spring, 2 months of summer, and the rest of time is lousy hockey! Would I move? Nah--I'm pretty well acclimatized to feeling like an Eskimo.  I can't hack the hot--and especially humid-- weather. Do tanning beds take away the BLAH??

Yes! Tanning beds take a lot away. . . the blues, skin elasticity, and money. They add color, freckles, wrinkles, and increase for skin cancer. Boo hoo. My daughter works at a tanning salon and it concerns me because she loves being fake baked all year long. Ah. . . What to do. She doesn't seem to get the fact that our cousin and aunt had skin cancer.

Yeah we get 2 or 3 weeks a year of decent weather.  I can't wait to leave.  Winter just goes on forever.

If, and it's a big if, my house ever sells I will be living in Las Vegas.  No freezing, no mowing, no shoveling, no raking.  So tired of waiting........
