Alayna - You look Great!  Congratulations and good work.  I was reading your postings about running - I can only imagine at this point - so you are an inspiration. 

Lets hope dr. drew sprinkles me with some of your exercise dust when he does my surgery :)

Ya know, Alayna, I see you pretty much every 2 weeks at coffee, and when I look at you now it never even occurs to me that you ever HAD a weight problem!  Looking at your before photos again was really, REALLY an eye opener!  You should be SO DANG PROUD of yourself!  You look awesome!
