You should be able to better tolerate stuff again - once your system heals up - at least I hope.

Best wishes sandy.

Poor Sandie!  I hope everything goes back to normal soon. I can't stomach whey or soy protein-- The protein powder I can use and actually like is from GNC and is called 'Whole Food Smoothie Infusion".  Nope--I'm not vegetarian.  The proteins are from various veggies and grasses, and this stuff is loaded with Omega 3 EFAs. 2 scoops have 14 g protein, so I use 4 scoops in a blender of diet cranberry juice and frozen fruit.  I can't even taste the protein. And I'm getting in enough fruit! So this is what I suggest! ((HUG)) **SUE** .

This is one of those recipes without measurements... And credit must go to Ali (snugglclos) Rotisserie chicken

Chicken broth

Rotel chilies

Refried beans

Black beans (rinse 'em good!)

Frozen corn

Cilantro

Onion

Garlic if you want

Use as little or as much as you want.  I typically uses the white meat from the chicken, add on can of Rotel chili, 3 cans broth, 1 can refried beans, 2-3 black beans, one bag frozen corn, one bunch cilantro, and one onion.  Just heat it all through & serve!  GREAT as left-overs!

Toppings can be, tortilla chips, sour cream, avocado, tomatoes or anything you like or eat it just as it is!!    I like melting some pepperjack cheese into mine!  - Darla
