I got on the scale this morning and I am now a member of the Century Club!! I am down 100.2 pounds...I am now at 142.0 pounds. My doctors goal for me is 140-145 pounds. My goal is 130-135. I see my doctor for my 6 month check up next week. I think he will be pleased..... I am!! How do you get the Century Card??? Hugs and love....connie d

Century Club cards...you have to find someone on OH that will make one for you now. Go to the Alabama board and seek out "Protein Princess" - I think Gina makes them if you ask her. Good luck.
