I learned my lesson

Hey for all of you out there who have recently been blessed with this new "TOOL" I beg you please take the straight and narrow path.  You see I had 1 small chicken nugget baked with a little wing sauce on it!  I learned first hand tonight what a dump is!!!!!!!!! 21/2 hours of peer pain and foam.  I would have rather just had the Flu for a couple days. I learned my lesson and Iam back on the straight and narrow.  Scarry thing was it was just my youngest and myself home.  I had to reassure him that daddy was o.k and that I needed to get this through my system. What a friggin eye opener Troy

OH BUMMER!!!!!!!!!!!!  So sorry to hear you had to go through this, but it's good to know the tool works.  I don't think I dump, but I've gone through the pain and foaming when I've eaten a food my pouch didn't like or something got a little stuck or over full. Hope you're feeling better.

Hugs And Kisses Pam

Thanks Pam. After the pain and the foam went away I took about 8oz of water real slow and then 8oz of skim milk.  feeling better now but learned my lesson for sure. I even felt a little guilty and walked on the tredmill for 40 min./Not a scheduled day for training. Troy

Remember that you've ticked your pouch off and need to get back to soft, soft food for a day or two.  (Each dr is different, so not sure if you're still on liquids or what).  Just take it easy and when you do try dense food again, chew, chew and chew. I'm 3 years out and still get stuff stuck.  It's usually cause I'm not paying attention to chewing well. Karrie

Glad you are feeling better!!!  The first time ALWAYS sucks ---- another thing that I hear works to get things unstuck is drinking some coke (can't remember if it is diet or regular ~~~ probably doesn't matter since it won't be in your system long enough to dump from the sugar content!!!).  After drinking a little coke, everything apparently comes up from your pouch.  Not too fun  your pouch out, but you'll feel better faster!!! Hope you saw the post of ROOO HAAAA's for you yesterday.....people had a lot of nice things to say about you..... See you and the Queen (Tracy you are sooooo funny) on Saturday!!! XXOO
