Accountability Partner

Anyone else need someone to partner with them and make sure they are taking their vitamins and eating enough protein?  I need someone to check in with daily, by e-mail or whatever, just to say a quick note on how we did in certain areas. I have done some mindless eating, and one of my co-workers brought it to my attention. This scares me, I am only 4 months out and don't want to go back. So let me know if you would be willing to partner up with me, or others and we can keep each other on track. Thanks

Yeah, Vitamins!  Some days I remember them, others not so much.  I'm starting to put them in a little baggie and set them on my desk at work next to my water so I remember.  Of course this is the first day of trying this and so far so good! ;)  Other than that, I'm feeling pretty good.  Down 31 pounds as of this morning! I foam alot of food that I shouldn't eat, but try just to see (like rice). I eat about a 1/4 cup-almost. I drink about 6 cups of milk a day. I am gald I like milk or I would always be short on protien. Struggleing with breakfasts though. End up eating nuts at my desk at about 9;00. have never been a breakfast person. Food aside, I feel so much lighter on my skip. I tend to walk quick-just because i can! I use to have huge back pain and now it is 100% gone. That made this worth while even if I never get to be a lille person like Linda and Sandy. I notice I watch people eat. People in this world eat a lot of food, and I was one of them.

This is a great idea....my schedule is so crazy I never know when I will be here and not (family issues). I hope you get a lot of responses....good plan!!! Hugs, connie d
