new idea to eat!!!!!
Hey all went to my Nut last week. She stated that i'm doing great with my protein but wanted me to explore the options of getting some veggies and fruits and legumes in my diet. So I emailed my girlfriend "RR" and this is what I got and tried it for lunch today;
1/2 onion diced
1/4 snow pea
1TBSP mushrooms
1/4 cup fresh Zuchinni cut into cubs
1/4 cup shrimp, chicken or turkey
I Put a1/2TSP of EVOO in the bottom of a frying pan and added my meat cooked for about 3 min.
Added 1/2 TSP of Cayenne pepper and 1/2 Tsp of Mrs. Dash Garlic and herb.
Added vegtables.
Coo****il veggies get a little tender but still have a crispyness to them and serve.
I tried it with shrimp and it's a lowfat low calorie no sugar item to use for a meal time. Also it gives you alot of your vitamins from real foods. Give it a try and let me know what you think?
