Hello everyone, Sorry I haven't posted so much this last week. Work has been crazy and the kids sports schedules have been a little wacked out. I have been on to answer other posts and to give as much encouragement as I possibly can. For me I'm doing absoulutley fannn $#% tastic!!!!! I saw my "NUT on Thursday and she was praising me for being well balanced. About that protein intake She told me no matter how hard you work out just get 40-50 grams per day. This will help to prevent your body from eating your muscle instead of fat. I will miss coffee this Sat. due to my daughter having a swim meet in Rochester. I will make up for it at Eagan coffee on the 23rd. Linda remember to bring the pole. Ha Ha

It sounds like your Nut appointment went great...good for you!!
I totally agree that getting that protein in is the key to this whole weight loss program and maintaining a healthy body. Water too and don't forget vitamins and calcium. You are using your tool wisely.
