Whoa, that bites. Sounds like your retreat timing was very good. Have a lovely weekend.
I am off to the frozen North (Crookston) with parents, sister and a couple of assorted kids to surprise my sister who lives up there for her 40th b-day tomorrow.
Hang tough!

Good morning Dana........I am so glad to see you this morning...now I know it is really Friday!! I am so grateful that it is finally here!!
Sorry about Randy's job...I am sure he will find something even better real soon. I will keep him and your family in my prayers.
Your weekend sounds so awesome....it would be a wonderful
and exciting weekend. God Bless.
I am still fighting this darn cold and sinus infection. It doesn't seem to be getting any better even though I am on stronger
antibiotics now. Been running a fever for two days...UGH!! I went to bed at 8:00PM last night and slept until 8:00AM and still feel rundown and tired!! I am off wor****il Tuesday...hope I can get some much needed rest.
My daughter just called....Kyleigh had a rough night again last night and wouldn't get up and go to school this morning. We just don't know what to do for her. She is getting therapy and was better for a little while. Now we are back to square one. Totally frustrating for all of us. Please keep us in your prayers...thanks.
I am rambling so I will go for now......hugs, connie d
Hello Dana~
Long time, no hear! Randy getting laid off after so many years SUCKS--but like so many others have said--maybe God has something better in store!
I'm still without a new placement---this scares the heck outta me as it looks like I WON'T be able to graduate in May as planned unless a placement with specific criteria shows up SOON! I keep telling myself that it's all in God's hands....It all goes for His glory...
Anyway--have a BLESSED weekend! Sounds AWESOME!

Hi Dana
I'm so sorry to hear about your hubbys job. I so totally agree with you that God will help you through this. In the 25 years Ken and I have been married, he's been laid off 9 times......it's the hardest thing we've had to go through, especially the last time in MN that forced us to move out west. But, with the help of God, we have adjusted to this major change again and with His help, will make it through this new part of our lives as well.
Have a great weekend at your retreat. It sounds like a fun weekend.
Hugs and prayers
Peggy
Hey Dana honey - you're probably already on your way up Nort, but I just wanted to send you my electronic hugs! Rich has been through a number of lay-offs, and it SUCKS EGGS! This company had been keeping him busy for the last 5 years, but last week he only worked 2 days, had one day at home this week, and next week isn't looking so good. When you rely on both incomes to make ends meet, that's pretty darn scary. Thank God for Tylenol PM, or I'd never get any sleep through this.
Have a fabulous retreat, and tell those women that TUBING ROCKS! I just went this morning, and laughed so hard I thought I was gonna have TEARSICLES on my cheeks!!! (better than peesicles in my snowpants, I guess!)
