I bet your even more glad that you didn't fold under their pressure because in the long run they saw how important this is for you. Sounds like you got a pretty great group of co-workers. Although you can use the anal-glaucoma excuse some other time.

Jeanne, I hope you know that you are so blessed!!!I your co-workers are this supportive for you now, it not only speaks volumes for you and your character, it will be so good for you after your surgery, because you work with caring and understanding people. Jeanne they are great but then so are you GF!!!!! They are such great support...I have never heard anything quite like it. That is so awesome. I can't quit crying. Such love..wow!! That is awesome! I am so glad for You!!!! I doubt the people I work with would do that- Maybe 4 or 5 of my close peeps but the other 20 or so.... proly not!
