Fork & Spoon???

I have had this same problem. I work at a baby store and examined every spoon and fork I could find. I found that the disposable were the best. The most of the metal spoons had the rubber on them and the forks were really huge. That would drive me nuts! I went on a hunt for the perfect baby fork. LOL my life is pretty boring...  This is what I found - the disposable Gerber Grad forks pick up food the best,  and almost all of the spoons are the same only difference seemed to be the size. I did find that the first years and babies r us brands had little carrying cases that work great to keep them in my purse. I am still looking for metal spoons and forks. I'm in no hurry. maybe closer to surgery when I get excited again... Good luck!
