Jen you are just too sweet! It's good to stay mindful and to remain greatful. I know in the beginning my biggest fear was that I'd lose 50 pounds then just not be able to lose more. I know how rediculous that fear was, but I still had it and breathed a huge sigh of relief when I passed the 50 mark. I began to have it again earlier this month when I stalled out and didn't lose for 3 weeks... I wonder if that fear of not making goal or just all out failing continues to plague through the whole process. This has been such an amazing journey and I too am so thankful for the friendships I've made too. You are an amazing lady yourself and I'm so honored to call you friend! Hugs

Thank you Sue! I look forward to each new month just like Christmas ... it's like waiting to open those presents to see how much weight is lost, how many inches and best of all to see those new pictures that show me so much more ... or less LOL than that dang mirror does sometimes.

Lisa, all I have to say is that you are amazing. You have sure take this tool and used it to the max. I find it amazing that you have 4 kids and you still manage to make it to the Gym 6 days a week. That is sure dedication. I'm so proud of all that you have accomplished in this 4 month time. Just think there is going to be more successes coming your way.  I'm also so blessed that I have meet you and I enjoy spending time with you!~ Have a great day! Congrats.
God Bless, Angela
