It is time for me to try this 5 day pouch test....I start it on Friday.  I'm planning on getting thru the worst part while my kids are with their dad.  And I have a 3 day weekend.  So wish me luck and if you have any pointers from those who have done this please help me out....I'm in desperate need of "getting back on track"!  I'm also creating a chart of the things I need to do everyday....vits, protein, water etc....I hope this helps me to get back to where I need to be.

I haven't had to do the pouch test but I do wish you the best of luck Paula, I think the chart to remind yourself is an awesome idea! Mabee a quick walk down memory lane would help put you back in the right frame of mind, get out your biggest pants and put them on. look at yourself in them and then in your favorite current outfit... see the difference... look through your monthly pictures backwards to see yourself getting bigger instead of smaller then do it again the other way to remind yourself of how hard you've worked. You can do this!!! Good luck doll L.

Are you referring to a bean soup that is on the recipe part?  I will look for it and try to make it ahead of time to be prepared.

Yes there are two that are really good. the pinto bean one and the black bean soup. It helps becasue they have the beans which are carbs but good ones. They are really good as well as the parmesan tuna recipe. Good luck Jim

Where do we find information about this?  I have seen several people talk about it on here, but don't know what it is and what is it's purpose and where are the "directions" for it?  If I understand what it is for, it might be a good thing for me to do too... thanks for that info!

Hi Paula Good luck to you!!! I just finished the 5 days last week. Like Jim said, the first 2 days are really hard. I made the ham and cheese soup from the website recipe page. This really helped. I'm glad I did it. It was difficult though, going through the carb withdrawls. Peggy
