Welcome, Janey!  This is a great place to be! I've been a lurker myself lately due to a lengthy hospital stay, but it's much more fun to join in the fun here! 

Hello, I'm the lurker.  My daughter, Brea, just informed of her post.  Wow, thanks for the nice welcome.  I guess Brea told you I had the lap-band on 12/26.  I have lost 19#.   I'm scheduled to have my 2nd fill on 2/26.   I do worry about sabotaging myself.  I tend to be my own worst enemy sometimes.   I have joined a fitness facility and am enjoying working out.   I'm a widow and living alone which makes it hard for fixing meals and I hate to cook anymore.   On the plus side I'm glad I had the surgery.  I  really need to make sure I continue to let the Lord direct me on this journey.  I have more energy and feel so much better already.   I wish you all the best on your journeys too.   Thanks again for the great welcome.  Janey

HI Janey!  Im so glad you came out of Lurkdom!  LOL!  You have done such a great job with you new tool!  I am very proud of you!  I know about being your own worst enemy, I am definatly!  But just rememeber this verse,   Mark 10:27 Jesus looked at them and said, "With man this is impossible, but not with God; all things are possible with God."   And you also have all of us!!  You can do it Janey!  I believe in you!  You look great by the way!  Make Brea take a pic of you so you can show off your beautiful self!
