Sorry you missed coffee too!!!  We sure are getting a big crowd!!!  Was there toe bending in Pilates -- I've always wanted to try but can't bend my toes and now with the yoga issue maybe you can tell me before I go to a class.... Thanks....See you in two weeks (unless you make it to Burnsville next Saturday!!! XXOO

Barb,

If you see a Pilates class offered it would be worth your while to talk to the instructor to find out if they can work around not having to bend your toes.  So many people have had such good success with it and it seems very gentle-but-effective.

Yoga is great exercise! Remember to take it at your own pace though - don't try to be superwoman. I took a yoga class one time at one of my heaviest weights and I was SO embarrassed I never went back...the end of class stretching and breathing was so relaxing I actually fell asleep and started snoring! I could have died!! I have a couple of yoga dvds and might give those a try again. The moves might be easier for me now that I've dropped the weight, huh? And if I fall asleep on my own basement floor at the end no one will even know! :> Sharon
