Was there toe bending in Pilates -- I've always wanted to try but can't bend my toes and now with the yoga issue maybe you can tell me before I go to a class.... Yoga is great exercise! Remember to take it at your own pace though - don't try to be superwoman. I took a yoga class one time at one of my heaviest weights and I was SO embarrassed I never went back...the end of class stretching and breathing was so relaxing I actually fell asleep and started snoring! I could have died!!
I have a couple of yoga dvds and might give those a try again. The moves might be easier for me now that I've dropped the weight, huh? And if I fall asleep on my own basement floor at the end no one will even know! :>
