Linda Anne....I made those meat balls today. They are awesome!!
I used fresh shredded parmesan cheese,that with the shredded mozzarella......OOOOH OOOOH!! They are wonderful and oh so gooey!!

Oh yeah...I added a little minced onion too...love onions!

1 containr (15 oz.) fat-free ricotta cheese 3 Tbsp grated reduced-fat Parmesan cheese 2 large egg whies 1/4 tsp garlic powder Pinch of nutmeg Mix v everything together until smooth and back 20 minutes at 400 degrees. in 8x8 pan. Top with marinara sauce. (I made my own marinara with fire roasted tomatos.) Makes 6 servings. 134 calories 11 g protein
