New workout
Yesterday I started my new workout routine that my sister, the personal trainer, has set up for me. I had previously been doing 1 1/2 of cardio 3-4 times a week, but she informed me that I only need to do 30-45 minutes cardio and then 30 minutes of weights. I had no idea that I was doing it all wrong, but I guess I was. So last night I did 30 minutes on the treadmill doing intervals of walking and running and then 15 minutes on the eliptical machine and 30 minutes working on my arms. Tonight I plan to do the same cardio, but then work on my legs and abs. Hopefully this new routine will help me to start toning while I lose and hopefully lessen the flabby skin I am left with.
Yup, feel free to copy any or all of it that is part of why I wanted to post it here so that others could see and know that after 45 minutes of cardio your just moving (per my sis). I will also let you know the more specialized version of my workout after I meet with my sis next month. She gave me this workout via email and phone so when we get together next she is going to specify it more.
