That sounds nummy! Here's another idea:  use the same basic recipe, but instead of ground beef or pork, use ground chicken.  Add some italian herbs and stuff a cube of fontina or provolone cheese in the middle of them before you bake 'em.  That is really yummy and a cheesy surprise in the middle!
