Thursday Coffee Talk

Good Thursday morning everyone!  Time to rise and shine!  It's going to be a wonderful day.  Gotta get up and get moving.  

Our challenge today is to get a grip.  Only you and I can get a grip on our situations.  Only you and I can change the outcome of our situation.  How?  By getting a grip and try to change the outcome.  You have a tool in WLS.  Will you get a grip on the tool and make it work for you?  The same thing in other things in life.  Will you get a grip on them and make them turn out to better you?  Will you get a grip on your job and make it better?  Will you get a grip on your home life and change it?  How bad do you want this?  Ask yourself that, then if you see you really want to change it, then "get a grip"!  You CAN change things!!

So, who's up?  What cha sipping on?  Me?  I'm enjoying some AWESOME Bahamian coffee called Coco Loco Rosted Coconut Coffee.  Man!  Is this stuff EVER good!  Better than the other one!  I'd love to share a cup of this with you!

My oh my you are an early bird....in any time zone.  Just thought I'd share what I'm sipping on....it's not as yummy as your coffee.....how about a nice glass of Miralax mixed in with Crystal Light?  Haha!!!    It's my morning "refreshment", call it a WLS ****tail!  Hey if the bowels aren't happy....no one's happy! How odd that OH is filtering and putting in **** for my legitimate word for "mixed drink".  Guess you have to be sure to say rooster instead of c--k or don't go off "half-caulked"  How dumb.  Wonder how they filter the Sex after WLS forum!
