1000 sublingual every morning along with my vitamin, calcium and other meds.

I do 1000 mcg sub-ling daily and a shot monthy

Once a month Shot. Good thing my husband remembers, because I swear I would forget to do it.

I think this is the first time I have seen so many shot responses. I too do the shot, once a month. Almost to my 3 month lab time, we'll see if it's enough. I love it, it's so easy, convenient and cheap.
