Good Wednesday morning everyone!  Time to rise and shine?  Well, not this early! LOL  It's 3:53 and I have been up washing laundry, drying, and studying for about an hour.  I guess I had "trip lag" and slept most of the day yesterday after getting back from the church office around lunch.  LOL  Bad or what?  Anyway, it's going to be a WONDERFUL Wednesday! Our challenge for today is to realize that at some point in our lives, we all have to lay aside the junk.  What do I mean?  Laying aside junk is the key point to realizing that we are moving on.  When we had WLS, we decided that we would lay aside our weight.  We decided that that junk had to go.  Well, is there other junk you need to put down?  Other "weight" that is keeping you from moving on in life?  Maybe it's not really "junk" so called, but it is keeping you weighted down and you need to ly it down.  Leave it and move on.  We are FREE!  Free to live!  Free to run!  Free because we have decided to move on and lay down every weight that so easliy could hold us down.  Be free today and lay down all the "JUNK"!  I dare ya! So, is anyone up at 4 a.m.?  LOL  What cha sipping on?  Me?  Man!  I'm enjoying some awesome Almond Ameretto.  This stuff is so good!  It'****ting the spot.   I guess I better hit the books some more.  I have that 200 question test coming up in 2 months and I have 600 questions to study.  Ya'll have a WONDERFUL Wednesday and I will be thinking about all of you!

Welcome back from your vaycay!!!  Thanks for the suggestion on junk -- and you are soooo right that getting rid of the "junk in the trunk" isn't always enough -- it is merely the first stepping stone to crossing the stream and allows us to open up to the rest. I'm still drinking my stupid Folgers -- got to get to Caribou and buy some decent coffee for at home!!! XXOO

Fitness is not about age or a size -- it's really about an attitude and life style!!!

Good Morning!  I just wanted to say thank you for posting your Coffee Talks on our board.  They are so inspirational and keep me going when I get a chance to read them.  This one is SOOOOOOOO true.  Laying it all down at the foot of the cross is where it belongs.  I laid down my pain "junk" and asked the Lord to take it all years ago and it was an amazing peace that washed over me.....I truly believe I was washed by the blood of the Lamb.  There isn't too much that can shake me up now, I really feel free because I KNOW He's there with me.   Have a Fabulous Wednesday!

Amen Pam and Randall! It's always a good reminder that we need to give it up and let God take care of it. How easy is it for us to think that we can be in control and handle it? But you know, there is peace and we are free to rely on Him that gives us strength and peace and love. What a precious gift - if only we'll receive it... God is big enough to handle our worst problems, our worst pains, and our worst mistakes! Enjoy the day! Sharon
